Massicotte).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Earlier this month, a \u00a0group of UNBC undergraduate forestry majors braved frigid temperatures to tour the sites of planned stand management treatments \u00a0at \u00a0UNBC&#8217;s Prince George \u00a0campus. The treatments were developed by Mike Jull, ALRFS Manager, to mitigate fire and danger tree hazards on campus. \u00a0Selective tree removals \u00a0for the inner campus \u00a0will take place at the end of February, when students will have the opportunity to observe the effects after treatments are completed.
